Visalia Education Foundation - Who Are We?

The Visalia Education Foundation is pleased to announce that the Mini and Major Grants for the 2023-24 school year have now been awarded. In the past, the Mini Grant deadline was in October and the Major Grants were awarded in the Spring. This year, the VEF board members decided to distribute all the money in the Fall to get the money in the hands of teachers earlier. Several members of the board personally visited the lucky recipients in their classrooms to make the announcement of their successful applications and to award the checks. The total dollars awarded for Mini Grants was $6,070 and $10,516 was given out to fund the Major Grants. To view lists of the awardees and learn more about our grants, click the "Teacher Grants" tab to the left.

We will include pictures of the students and staff utilizing the items purchased with these grants in the coming months.
